Alta’s spacious 3 Bedroom Apartments are a great alternative to hotel or motel accommodation in Queenstown. Each apartment features modern stainless steel appliances, 32" LCD high definition televisions with home theatre systems and wall mounted rear speakers. With double glazed windows and doors, gas fireplace in the lounge room and convection heaters in all the bedrooms, you and your guests will be warm and comfortable in winter.

The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel Sharp microwave oven, Bosch dishwasher, Bosch four burner gas cooktop, makes cooking for you and your guests easy. All apartments also feature FREE access to a basic SKY Satellite TV package.

The standard bedding configuration for our 3 Bedroom Apartments is 1 KING BED and 2x QUEEN BEDS. This may vary by apartment.

Parking	Alta Apartments has secure, onsite, under cover parking and best of all guests can simply drive right up to the door step! There is no charge for car parking.

Children and Extra Guests	Children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. Children under 2 years are charged NZD$10 per person per night for children's cots/cribs. Children (over 12 years) or adults are charged NZD$35 per person per night for extra rollaway beds. The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
